All Sales are FINAL. Canceled orders have a restock fee of 8%.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.  

Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately and contact us within 72 hours if items are damaged, missing, or incorrect so that we can evaluate and resolve the situation quickly. 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend your order.

Shipping

Please note, the shipping time you select at the time of checkout only applies to the shipping speed and is not guaranteed by the shipping companies. Our time of turnaround remains the same and will be displayed at the top of the home page of this website. 

If an order is returned to sender, only the cost of the purchased items will be refunded. All shipping and handling costs associated will be retained by Inkredible Creations LLC.

Hawaii & Alaska do not qualify for free shipping.

Currently we are only shipping to the U.S.

Inkredible Creations LLC is not responsible for any duties or taxes the courier company charges.

Every heat press is different, we recommend doing test trials first.
